In 2018, that challenge was Hurricane Harvey, which inspired KW to transform Mega Camp into Mega Relief: a companywide effort to support Texans who were affected by the storm. This year KW is pivoting again. Introducing Mega Camp 2020: a virtual conference made to help agents support their clients and their businesses through these uncertain times. “I want to work with more clients like you, and I find that people looking to move know others in the same position. How would you feel about referring my services to them?”


“It’s been really great working with you thus far, and I feel really grateful to Jane for introducing you to me.  If it wasn’t for her, I would’ve never met you. So I just wanted to take the time to ask you if you know anyone else that is looking to buy or sell a home, and if you would feel comfortable introducing them to me?”
